Most of you already know about Google gadgets, so ignore this post. I love the idea behind google gadgets. Why? This is pure web 2.0 in action --- a participatory culture zenith ---- people grabbing code, reworking it and sharing it with others. Try one of my favorites! Google book search: this one does a nice keyword search and returns the results in the box. Use the scroll to see more.

I haven't used any Google gadgets on my blog (others yes!!), however, I have used them a lot on my iGoogle page - which I really like! It's a personalized page (complete with several gadgets) that gives me the information I want when I open my browser! At work it's the page that opens when I click my link to Google (if I haven't signed out of Google somewhere along the line!!)
